Hi! My name is Treasure and I am a screenwriter, director, and photographer with a passion for the fantastical.
Being a native Baltimorean, c. 1999, lends me a quite unique and endearing point of view on all things media production. The tight-knit film community of hard workers that want everyone to succeed has greatly influenced not only my approach to filmmaking but also my own personal work-ethic and drive to just go do it.
After receiving my Associates Degree in Digital Media Productions from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2020, a year later (due to COVID) I then transferred to Stevenson University in order to achieve my Bachelors of Science in Film & Moving Image, on the Writing/Producing Track, in May 2023 - graduating Summa Cum Laude.
During my tenure at school at time thereafter, I have been decorated with a plethora of awards and fellowships for my writing, filmmaking, and educational prowess - including but not limited to 1st place in the Short’s Category of the Baltimore Screenwriters Competition, the Saul Zaentz Foundation Fellowship, the Stevenson University Art & Design Scholarship, the Film & Moving Image Department Award for Special Achievement in the Field of Writing, amongst quite a few others.
Professionally, my work experience ranges greatly - from working as Assistant Director on many films such as The Search for Alexander, Days in the Wake, and Hank 2 to interning as a Media Coordinator and Editor for Maryland Trek 9 with meteorologist Justin Berk and for Grassroots Grocery with Dan Zauderer. Last, but not least - I am currently a staff writer for the game Project: Eden’s Garden.
A few independent, personal projects include an audio drama that I am currently developing called Valleyfell, my thesis film AVA, and my up and coming debut short film Reconstruction.
